“My brothers and I are very thankful to Calvaryland for helping us so much, providing food, shelter and education” Joshua – child resident
Reaping the harvest…Investing in
their future.
Four siblings were traumatised by irresponsible parents and put at risk with little care and sustenance. Calvaryland received them, nurtured and gave them opportunity to study and excel. Three of these siblings received the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation Scholarships into Sunway College while one other was awarded the MySkill Foundation Grant. Their achievements have encouraged and spurred their mum into taking accountability, turning straight and know there is a future for her children. One is already working and another was awarded a second scholarship for a degree course.
A pair of siblings, Veny and Daniel, were recipients of the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation Scholarship.
